Lake Las Vegas and it’s communities are often grouped together with Henderson. We like to talk about these two areas and communities separately here at Vegas Inspect for a couple of different reasons. (We know Las Vegas, and we know home inspections in Lake Las Vegas)

First of all, if you’re a local (which you will be soon!) then you’d know that the homes near Lake Las Vegas are referred to as ‘Lake Las Vegas’. Situated along the border of the lake, and Henderson, we locals choose to keep these two areas separate.
